The physical activity was softball.

For this activity I would grade myself a Achieved.
Why: Because I was fully engaged in the game and I was also putting in the effort to try get the opponents out.

Injury was a negative because half way through the game I had got the softball hit into my leg.
Previous Experience was a positive because I had past experience when I was in my primary schools softball team.
Fun and enjoyment was another positive because I had a lot of fun playing the game and I enjoyed playing against my friends.
I don't think my peers need to increase their participation because they all participated to the fullest

For example, how did getting injured impact on how you played the rest of the lesson? and then explain why. Something this made me think about was where you said previous experience in primary because I remember the times I played softball in primary as well.
Feedback/feed forward some feedback is that you should have explained your achievement level better by explaining what you did in the game to get achieved.
Some feed forward is that next time you should aim to get merit or excellence for a sport you played previously.
