- How can someone increase their balance and/or stability?
The first way you can increase your balance or stability is by widening your base of support or by lowering your centre of gravity you can also increase your balance and stability by making sure the line of gravity is near the middle of your base of support
- Describe your task from the start of the poses to the end of the Slides. Talk about what you enjoyed and what you found difficult.
So the task was to form different poses and find out where the centre of gravity was where the line of gravity was and where the base of support was. The thing I liked the most was forming the poses and it was also the most difficult for me.
